The Sales and Leasing Specialist at Rocky Mount CDJR is responsible for generating sales and leasing opportunities for our dealership. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, negotiate and close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options
- Showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles through product demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to reach a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and overcome objections
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure potential referrals
- Regularly update and manage the customer database to track leads and sales
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or leasing is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Valid driver's license
