Controls Technician Job Summary:· Pay: Starting at $26.00 + hourly, Based on Experience· Contract to Hire· Night 7:45pm – 8:00am (3 on, 2 off-2 on, 3 off)
As a Controls Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and providing technical support for automated and semi-automated manufacturing solutions, particularly for high-volume consumer product applications.· Key responsibilities include machinery and equipment maintenance, participation in the preventive maintenance program, problem-solving, and ensuring a quality-focused approach.
Controls Technician Qualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent.· Over 5 years of experience in automation within a manufacturing environment, involving complex manufacturing and automation equipment.· Proficiency in PLC’s and electrical controls.· Strong understanding of mechanical and design aspects of automation, including machining capabilities.· In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and electrical/electronic components related to manufacturing equipment.
