Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and execute instructions from engineering blueprints and documentation
  • Assemble large cabinets utilizing wiring diagrams with engineering support
  • Employ expertise in planning and modifying existing components or processes
  • Collaborate with engineering on innovative designs, processes, and procedures
  • Construct wire harnesses and kits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues
  • Identify and develop new solutions in partnership with engineering
  • Accurately log job progress using the designated system
  • Regularly communicate updates to the shift line leader or supervisor
  • Promote a culture of safety in the workplace

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet safety standards
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing is essential
  • Proficient in problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis
