Salary: $39,520 - $45,760 per year
Shift: First
Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Education Required: High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assembly of electrical and mechanical devices, including complete systems and subassemblies.
• Measure, cut, crimp, and solder wire harnesses.
• Interpret engineering drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize various hand and power tools, along with measurement instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Perform occasional tasks involving shearing, sawing, drilling, punching, or tapping holes in sheet metal.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Manage time effectively to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude.
• Eagerness to learn new skills on the job.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance when necessary.
