This role will oversee and drive the growth and performance of our wealth management operations within a designated region. The Regional Director will possess exceptional leadership skills, a general understanding of wealth management practices, a passion for the client experience, and a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business objectives. Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Executing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to regional teams, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
- Understanding of industry best practices with ability to implement where applicable.
Client Service Management:
- Ensure the team is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources.
- Observe and audit to ensure the delivery of the Credent Experience by the Wealth Management team.
- Address client concerns and inquires with team in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Team Management:
- Interview, hire, mentor, assess and develop a high-performing team of wealth management professionals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Foster a culture of excellence through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional teams.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor scorecard and financial metrics in team environment to assess the health and performance of the regional location.
- Participate in Regional Director meeting to highlight achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and initiatives to address performance gaps and optimize business outcomes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures, along with risk management practices to safeguard client assets and mitigate potential risks to the firm.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
