Compensation:

$70,000 to uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility is territory sales for resupply (To-Go containers, smallwares, hand soap, paper goods, etc.) while identifying opportunities for equipment and chemicals. Equipment and chemicals are supported by our Equipment and Z-Chem teams, respectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
  • Manage Existing Accounts.
  • Defend, maintain, and expand your existing account base.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to help customers, create profit opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Find New Opportunities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Track and document prospect goals and progress.
  • Order Entry:Place and enter orders from customers (In-person and via phone).
  • Accountability.
  • Proactively manage your funnel.
  • Maintain and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • Provide reporting with actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Generate quotes for existing customers and prospects in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage customer A/R – includes collecting payments from customers.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Monitor, maintain, and increase profitability, overall, per customer, and per item.
  • Delivery: Ensure alignment of customer needs and expectations with truck delivery day(s) and stipulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams regarding market pricing, pricing issues, customer purchasing trends, and changes in usage.
  • You must be able and excited to cover a large sales territory that is mostly Illinois and attend periodic in person sales meetings in Bolingbrook, IL.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills - You are working with restaurant owners and chefs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in territory management, prospecting, and CRM tools is a plus.
