The Administrative Project Analyst will provide administrative coordination and assistance to multiple senior administrative staff which involves, sample receiving and tracking, reporting, invoicing, accruals, purchasing and more.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Setup new and maintain project records in LIMS and on local network
  • Record and track all project activities
  • Log and track samples received, prepare and track work orders for laboratory testing, and track, compile, and file test results
  • Prepare samples and related documents to be outsourced to other laboratories
  • Follow-up with personnel to ensure deadlines are met
  • Invoice projects using time and materials and unit pricing approach
  • Archive and store closed project samples and documents
  • Data compilation, report preparation, invoicing, records archiving and other project related documentation
  • Schedule meetings and teleconferences
  • Provide coverage for receiving and receptionist duties to include welcoming guests, answering and directing calls, sample/package receiving and mail sorting
  • Approve and maintain records of vendors and subcontractor laboratories
  • Formalize and place purchase orders for laboratory and office supplies
Qualifications and Requirements: 
Education:  A 4-year scientific/technical degree from an accredited college or university in business.
Experience:  1-2 years working in a business environment doing business related tasks.
