ActionLink is seeking an enthusiastic Part Time Sales Specialist who can bring the TCL brand to life and make every customer interaction unforgettable.

Position Overview

This position represents our client, TCL, showcasing their globally ranked line of Smart TVs and Sound Bars on weekends at the Best Buy store in Alpharetta, GA 30005.

As a rising international leader in consumer electronics, TCL is dedicated to setting new industry standards and offering increased amounts of technical versatility and display innovation without sacrificing lower price tags. The Sales Specialist serves as a dedicated brand influencer within the assigned store location to introduce TCL to customers and promote their home theater technology. Your job will be to ensure successful increases in TCL sales by effectively engaging customers, highlighting unique product features, and providing expert advice and purchasing recommendations that fit customers' unique needs.

Duties

  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase TCL sales in assigned store
  • Provide engaging customer interactions and product demonstrations to identify home theater products that fit customers' needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate TCL information with confidence
  • Ensure TCL products are properly merchandised, displayed, and functional on the store floor
  • Accurately complete call reports the same day of store visit

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Must possess enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to present information to individuals and groups
  • Access to reliable transportation to commute to assigned Best Buy location
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs. without assistance
  • Available to work Saturdays & Sundays
