Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive with a flair for leveraging modern business development strategies, including social media and online engagement, to drive our eDiscovery services. This role is not just about sales; it's about building relationships, demonstrating expertise in the eDiscovery space through insightful content, and shaping the future of legal tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize modern sales strategies, including social media platforms, to identify new leads, engage with potential clients, and showcase our expertise in eDiscovery.
- Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery in collaboration with our project management team.
- Spearhead new sales initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and areas for service enhancement.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to our strategic goals, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
- Engage in regional marketing events and sales meetings, offering insights and updates on market trends and company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery processes, software, and market needs.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the eDiscovery or legal tech industries.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media for business development and brand positioning.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends and opportunities in the eDiscovery space.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales role focused on eDiscovery solutions.
