Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Special Events Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of special events, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with client goals and deliver memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of special events, including logistics, scheduling, and setup
  • Support event marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials
  • Engage with event attendees to promote client brands and gather feedback
  • Monitor event activities to ensure they meet marketing objectives and address any issues
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event strategies
  • Provide administrative support, including tracking event budgets and preparing reports
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and analysis to improve future events

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Enthusiasm for event marketing and promotions
  • Previous experience in event planning or marketing is a plus, but not required
  • A degree in marketing, event management, or a related field is a plus, but not required
