This position offers exciting project-based work, providing opportunities to integrate different application software and manage regular workflow. Daily tasks will include gathering information, compiling data, and running reports on a regular basis. Filter and find data discrepancies by reviewing reports, and performance indicators to locate and help identify problems. Accounting knowledge is a requirement, and this role will further enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Core duties include: Preparation and posting of journal entries, bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation along with the processes that relate to these duties.

Current software includes: Microsoft Dynamic GP, ADP, DSSI, and PCC.

You will work closely with the CFO, Controller, and other accountants and partner with our Data Coordinator to prioritize business and information needs. The job is onsite, offering a supportive and fun team environment that values your contributions.
