We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve facility goals, including production, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, and offering feedback and training opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management).
  • 1 year's experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas.
