We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper application of accounts payable processes and ensuring the accurate recording of vendor invoices and credit memos.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the proper application of vendor invoices to approved purchase orders and the correct recording of non-purchase order (voucher type) invoices.
- Ensure the accurate processing of invoices in an "All Rule Group" status and the correction of invoices in an out of balance condition.
- Resolve EDI invoice fatal errors and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional results and foster a positive work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Minimum seven years computerized accounts payable experience, required.
- Minimum two years prior leadership experience, preferred.
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service.
