Job Description:


Allied Universal is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee various essential activities necessary for generating contractually valid and precise invoices for clients within the Enterprise customer portfolio.


Compensation:
$65,000 annually

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the invoice creation and distribution process, ensuring timely delivery to clients along with necessary documentation.

Monitor and process invoices for all Allied Universal services, reconcile final billing, and supervise budget assessments and summaries while tracking all entries in Ariba for accuracy and payment; submit weekly invoices for all client-requested services, ensuring the correct Purchase Order is charged.

Oversee field personnel activities to guarantee timely invoice delivery to clients with required attachments.

Act as the liaison for customer and account management in resolving billing disputes. Elevate client issues to Enterprise account leadership when necessary for resolution.

Maintain accounts and follow up to verify and finalize invoices and collect fees.

Keep a spreadsheet comparing weekly invoice totals against budgeted figures and provide a weekly report on dark hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management with at least five (5) years of relevant experience managing a centralized billing function.

Demonstrated experience in the following areas:

Ability to coordinate large-scale special billing initiatives.

Effective communication skills across all business levels, fostering productive partnerships with both internal and external clients.

Proactive in anticipating and addressing customer-related issues, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions.

Daily interaction with internal clients and external customers to build relationships as a key member of a solutions team.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Capability to assess and evaluate situations effectively.

Ability to compile, sort, and interpret data.

Strong business acumen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a centralized finance operations environment.

Experience in contract review and direct customer engagement.
