Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. If you are driven, customer-oriented, and have a strong desire to excel in automotive sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  2. Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  3. Conduct test drives and provide insightful information about vehicle specifications.
  4. Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for customers.
  7. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
  9. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in automotive sales with a strong sales performance history.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  6. Knowledge of financing options and automotive industry trends.
  7. High school diploma; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
  8. Valid driver's license.
