- Assess inventory levels for new and used vehicles based on market and customer insights.
- Establish a comprehensive menu selling strategy to optimize the finance department's profitability and product reach.
- Monitor and manage relationships with lenders.
- Oversee the daily processing of departmental paperwork to ensure timely deal closures.
- Exemplify commitment to supporting the sales team in achieving its objectives.
- Uphold high standards of professional ethics, morals, and customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enforce effective selling practices.
- Organize and maintain the finance department's work schedule.
- Complete all required training as directed by management.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in automotive or powersports sales, including finance and insurance.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficient in computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
- Possess a current, valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- At least one year of experience in Subprime financing is required.
- Experience with DealerTrack is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to rehash deals and maintain clean CIT.
