About our opportunity:  
As an Animal Care Advocate, you will be a part of our dynamic customer care department responsible for taking care of our valued customers...our pet parents Your responsibilities will include accepting incoming calls, make outgoing calls, answer general inquires, assist customers with initiating claims, process premium payments and insurance applications.

What you’ll do here: 
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems
  • Receives calls from pet insurance customers and answers policy questions and payment inquiries
  • Manages inquiries and feedback from clients and customers via chat
  • Manages all aspects of insurance policies from initiation through all steps
  • Creates, updates, and maintains customer claim and veterinary interaction records via data entry
  • Effectively handles customer concerns, provides necessary information to customers, and follows up through problem resolution
  • Accepts payments and updates billing information for customers as needed
  • Follows department and company procedures, guidelines, and policies


What you’ll bring to the team:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role in a corporate or customer service team setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and using new technology
  • High school diploma required
  • Commitment: Dedication to the work we do and the customers we serve 
  • Teamwork: Strong desire for team success 
  • Resourcefulness: Creative, innovative, and effective problem-solver
  • Bonus points if you have…
