We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Cloud Architect to become a vital member of our remote team and help shape our organization's cloud infrastructure going forward. For the benefit of our clients, our team is committed to leading the way in cloud computing innovations that promote scalability, efficiency, and creativity.

Your duties as a Remote Cloud Architect will include developing, putting into practice, and managing cloud-based solutions that are tailored to our clients' particular requirements. In order to guarantee the smooth integration of cloud services, improve security procedures, and maximize performance, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Your proficiency in system integration, infrastructure design, and cloud architecture will be crucial to the accomplishment of our goals and projects.

Principal Duties:

- Formulate cloud architecture plans in accordance with corporate needs and industry standards.

- Create and implement scalable cloud solutions on various platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Work together with internal teams to determine the requirements for infrastructure and suggest cloud-based options.

- Use best practices for cloud security to protect apps and data.

- Track the performance of the cloud infrastructure and address problems as they arise.

- Promote efforts for continual improvement and automation to optimize cloud operations.

- Offer project teams technical advice and assistance on cloud-related issues.

- Keep up with new developments in cloud computing and trends to stimulate creativity inside the company.

A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline is required.

- Proven background in a role akin to that of a cloud architect.

- A thorough understanding of the principles, offerings, and deployment strategies of cloud computing.

- Practical knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or Amazon.

- A solid grasp of the cloud infrastructure's networking, security, and compliance requirements.

- Expertise in writing scripts for automation tasks using languages like PowerShell and Python.

- Superior problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate with others in a remote setting.

- A valid US ID and the right to work in the country.

Industry credentials such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred qualifications.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (such as Kubernetes and Docker).

- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools and DevOps processes.

- Proficient communication abilities and the capacity to work well with all levels of stakeholders in collaboration.
