Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience in direct B2B sales
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and processes
- Service industry sales preferred, but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas and KPI
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
- An aptitude for learning new systems
