Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and management of our third-party digital affiliates program within our B2B business unit. You will be critical in driving the growth of our digital channels by identifying, onboarding, and managing digital affiliates who align with our brand and business goals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are well-trained on our products and marketing strategies, and aligning their efforts with our internal teams to avoid competition and maximize effectiveness.

As a Channel Marketing Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-quality digital affiliates that align with our brand and B2B objectives.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital affiliates, ensuring ongoing communication, support, and collaboration.

Training & Development: Provide comprehensive training to affiliates on our products, value propositions, and marketing strategies, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, digital marketing, content, and brand, to ensure affiliates are aligned with our overall marketing strategy and guidelines.

Sales & Lead Conversion: Collaborate with internal sales teams and sales operations to optimize lead conversion from the digital affiliates program. Assist in developing and refining internal processes to enhance lead conversion efficiency.

Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to our brand guidelines and do not compete with our own marketing efforts. Monitor affiliate performance and compliance, providing feedback and corrective actions as necessary.

Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Program Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the affiliate program to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital affiliates or partner programs, preferably within a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and B2B sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Dynamic leader and self-starter who is unafraid of hard work, and excited about building and implementing strategies
