Responsibilities:

  • Develop, nurture, and enhance customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Exceed assigned sales targets on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Travel throughout the designated territory to showcase and sell our client's vehicles and products to existing distribution channels.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our client's products, highlighting their superiority over competitors' offerings. Stay informed about competitor products and features.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all quotes and customer purchases, including those made outside of our client's offerings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all sales operation documentation to facilitate manufacturing and distribution of our client's products according to distribution-specific configurations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategies for increasing market share.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field required.
  • Multiple years of experience in sales.
  • Familiarity with golf course maintenance equipment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP.
  • Previous sales or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual comfortable with working autonomously.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to our client's Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies.
