As a Sales Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to oversee a group of sales professionals who promote KYOCERA's technology solutions to various businesses within designated territories or account lists. Your role will encompass training, mentoring, and guiding both new and existing sales staff towards achieving their goals. You will be expected to meet 100% of your sales targets through effective team management. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, performance evaluations, monthly planning sessions, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage a sales team consisting of 3 to 8 representatives.

+ Inspire, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve or surpass projected sales revenue, gross profit, unit placements, and overall contributions while fostering teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service.

+ Meet assigned sales quotas.

+ Plan, coach, train, and review individual sales representatives' progress towards their revenue targets, assisting in their career development and recommending suitable training opportunities.

+ Organize and lead regular team meetings and team-building activities, supporting corporate initiatives.

+ Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment to enhance sales across the organization and promote customer and employee retention.

+ Develop account structures and territories for sales representatives.

+ Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.

+ Actively build a pipeline of potential sales candidates and promote products and services through outreach efforts.

+ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams and markets, ensuring sales quotas are met.

+ In this role, you will establish relationships with prospective clients and maintain connections with existing customers, requiring a field presence of at least 50% of your time.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree.

+ At least 3 years of sales experience in the Office Technology sector.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing a sales team.

+ Eagerness to learn about new technologies in a dynamic industry, along with excellent time management skills.
