Role Responsibilities:

The Clinical Area Manager (CAM) is tasked with enhancing prescription referral growth and sales through engagement with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals within the designated territory. This role involves consultative sales techniques through direct interactions with clients, prospects, patients, caregivers, therapists, and administrative personnel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-person sales meetings with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the assigned territory, focusing on educating them about HFCWO therapy and securing referrals to expand market presence.
  • Analyzing referral trends to prioritize opportunities and optimize territory management through effective planning and time management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key referral sources to boost referral volumes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
  • Employing consultative selling methods to identify and engage new referral sources, addressing competitive gaps based on unmet needs.
  • Completing necessary documentation, including expense reports and sales pipelines, in a timely manner while collaborating closely with management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in medical sales with a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape.
  • Prior experience in airway clearance therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • Commitment to adhering to the Company's Sales Process.
  • Proven success in consultative selling techniques.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in account planning and achieving referral targets.
  • Minimal travel required after initial training.
  • This position is remote and field-based.

Compensation: The compensation package includes a base salary complemented by uncapped sales incentives, with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $180,000+, depending on individual performance.
