HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
\t- Leadership and Development – Develop, manage, and execute complex projects, while delivering to cost, schedule, and performance. In addition, you will provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams and executives. Demonstrating leadership within Portfolio and Program Management, you will support the company philosophy and direction within that discipline.
\t - Innovation – Lead the innovation process and enables the completion of key activities and communication to senior leaders. Additionally, you will exhibit innovation in discovery and advancement of new approaches and technical insight.
\t - Proactive Approach – Proactively address potential issues and solve problems within projects and programs. This will include ensuring contingency plans are available from each respective function as required and leading risk management to business deliverables.
\t - Building Effective Teams – Play a key role in setting goals, expectations and communicating updates. The ability to drive engagement among your team members and progress toward the team’s goals is critical for success.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
\t- High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or International Equivalent required
\t - Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations or Business Management at a Consumer-Packaged Goods Company (CPG) preferred.
\t - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels.
\t - Negotiation and alignment driving skills are key.
\t - Significant experience with innovation management as a functional team member.
\t - People management and team leadership experience is a bonus point.
\t - Agile project management experience is preferred.
