Occasional evening and weekend overtime may be required as job duties demand (6:00AM - 6:00PM O.T hous)

Project Duration: 1 year

Material Coordinator Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • \t
  • responsibilities of receiving raw materials, production orders and FGI units; support transfer of material for production builds from all warehouse locations
    \t
  • process all revenue and non-revenue shipments from facility to achieve 100 on time delivery
    \t
  • complete daily cycle counts and control all statuses of inventory to support goals of warehouse accuracy
    \t
  • ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines
    \t
  • Utilization of material handling equipment forklift, pallet jack, carts, dollies, etc to move material
    \t
  •  perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude


The Material Coordinator is a great job for you if you have experience in:

 

  • \t
  • A minimum of three years material control and shipping/receiving experience is required
    \t
  • ERP experience required; SAP preferred
    \t
  • Must be proficient in inventory tracking and order fulfillment systems
    \t
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to exercise sound independent judgment with minimal supervision
    \t
  • Basic computer skills such as Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel are required to maintain accurate records and files
    \t
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during work
    \t
  • Must have solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with an ability to translate and simplify problems of considerable scope and complexity into manageable tasks with measurable requirements
