Proven expertise in overseeing extensive and intricate IT infrastructure initiatives, including but not limited to wired and wireless networking, telecommunication systems, audiovisual setups, cabling frameworks, and cellular infrastructure, ideally within the context of new construction or renovation projects involving diverse stakeholders.
2. Strong capability to maintain a holistic perspective, proactively guide and mentor project teams, enhance operational processes, manage financial resources effectively, recognize when to escalate challenges, and consistently deliver actionable project documentation to ensure progress.
3. Commitment to adopting best practices in project management and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
We seek a candidate with exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities, a track record in managing IT infrastructure deployments, and the agility to navigate a complex and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate with various teams and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.

Required Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or completion of a recognized Project Management program, or currently pursuing certification.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification or in the process of obtaining it is preferred.
- ITIL Certification is advantageous.
Primary Responsibilities:
Project Management (90% of Role)
- Oversee the complete project management lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Independently manage projects that require significant functional integration and coordination across multiple disciplines.
- Develop actionable plans and assess resource needs, including management, labor, materials, and timelines for project completion.
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations to achieve consensus and drive recommendations.
- Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan related to project scope and stakeholders; lead change management methodologies essential for project success.
- Responsibilities encompass charter development, scope identification, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and reporting on risks associated with complex projects impacting broader programs.
- Adapt to the tools, methodologies, and practices utilized by the Project Management Office (PMO).
PMO Processes, Methodologies, and Tools (10% of Role)
- Support the administration of the PMO project intake process, including project qualification coordination, demand management, resource planning, and evaluation of resource constraints.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives as outlined in the PMO roadmap.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
