The Role

As the CRM Platform Squad Leader, you blend deep agile leadership skills and a platform mindset to drive the execution of new capabilities that will scale CRM experiences across Fidelity Wealth & Brokerage; digitally enabling our 23k+ sales, service & operations associates to meaningfully engage with customers & prospects.

You will work in partnership with the squad, Group Squad Leader and Chapter Leaders supporting the product area & key stakeholders whom derive value from CRM. You will encourage and enable the team to deliver industry-leading digital capabilities with scale & efficiency in mind. By modeling and promoting Fidelity and agile Leadership behaviors, you will create and sustain an inclusive agile culture.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Agile Leadership Experience preferred
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or relevant experience desired, Pragmatic Marketing or Product Management certifications a plus
  • 10+ years of validated experience and/or digital product management
  • 5+ years of proven experience working with large scale Salesforce CRM implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics)
  • Experience working directly with sales, service & relationship management professionals; supporting deployment related activities and solution consulting
  • Skilled at using data and insights to develop effective epics, stories & execution plans
  • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration experience with business partners and customers alike
  • Proven track record work with emerging technology capabilities, rapidly learning, and scaling innovative solutions
  • Expert level knowledge working with various digital technology vendors, platforms and solutions
  • You are truly customer-focused and dedicated to understanding and learning about customer/associate needs and requirements
  • You exhibit strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills to navigate a matrixed environment with a range of priorities and perspectives
  • You are comfortable leading, advising, and empowering team members without formal management authority
  • You are skilled at running a highly diverse, non-co-located agile team

This Squad is part of the Associate Digital Experience Product Area within Fidelity Wealth;u00A0 focused on empowering customers and associates to thrive in a digital-first world through the creation of unified experiences, powered by scalable platforms. We are responsible for connecting our customers to our associates through Salesforce CRM, Digital Appointments, Content Management, Associate Profile and Desktop experiences.

Fidelity's working model

blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
