The (HSPS) HIV/STI's prevention specialist, will provide HIV/AIDS, HCV, STI's & PrEP comprehensive risk assessment, referrals, treatment and follow ups to LGBTQ/other patients reached by internal and external outreach activities. Conduct LGBTQ, UCHC staff and others individual and group prevention & education on HIV/AIDS, HCV, and STI's & PrEP.
