Dunnhumby is seeking a Retail Insight Client Lead who expects more from their career to join our Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. You will beresponsible for business development support within the US and other markets. The role is closely aligned to dunnhumby service management functions and has responsibility for key pre-client onboarding activities. The Retail Insight Client Lead will be the first dunnhumby point of contact for new clients and be the expert in Shopper Behavior and consult on customer behavior insight and application. The Retail Insight Client Lead will also be responsible for planning and executing learning programs and building collateral and processes to optimize ways of working.
What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in retail/retail insights
  • Understanding of retail/merchant objectives
  • Experience of business development processes and best practice
  • Ability to work independently
  • Stakeholder management
  • dunnhumby proposition experience (Shop/Shopper Behavior, Applied Data Science, Capability Solutions, etc.)
