What you will be doing:
- Lead and assist with new hire onboarding and in-processing activities including new hire briefings, equipment procurement, and security coordination to include visit requests
- Assist in a wide range of administrative support services to CV-22 leadership in various functional areas including human resources and input information into various management systems such as Resource Management Information System (RMIS) and Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Support Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with the preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials such as slides, viewgraphs, briefing charts, and other graphics
- Assist with the administration of calendars, creating meetings, conference room reservations, and conference room configuration
- Establish and maintain official file plans with the use of the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS)
- Assist briefings including compiling and preparing briefings and reports
- Monitor office supplies and assist with supply lists
- Support the development, editing, and production of reports and presentation materials for internal/external customers consistent with Government required formats
- Assist in reviewing the content of the directorate electronic workflow mailbox
- Assist with compiling and integrating data from the Senior Officer Communication and Coordination Electronic Resource tool or equivalent suspense system into the directorate's SharePoint suspense task tracking system
- Assist in servicing the Directorate for all incoming/outgoing mail and overnight/express mail package deliveries
- Ensure compliance with applicable administrative guidance to prepare/review correspondence
- Support with various ad hoc administrative tasks, as required
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance
Education: High School Diploma
Years of experience: 10 years of experience in the respective profession being performed, focused on:- Providing a wide range of administrative support services for programs and directorate staff
- Assist with the administration of calendars, creating meetings, conference room reservations, and conference room configuration.
- Support the development, editing, and production of reports and presentation materials for internal/external customers consistent with Government-required formats.
- Assist in servicing the Directorate for all incoming/outgoing mail and overnight/express mail package deliveries.

Benefits:- Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with an HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military, and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
- The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training, and education.
