Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the strategy team supporting key strategic processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.


Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid work schedule; 3 days onsite a week in Bellevue)
Duration: 12+ months (highly possible extension)

What's the Job?

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize long-term roadmaps for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Assist team in defining, supporting, and managing a structured project intake process to evaluate new initiatives and requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating the progress of strategic business activities to key stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to assess the performance of key initiatives and provide insights into the business's overall strategy.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes related to project management, planning, and strategy execution.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategy, operations, supply chain, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
