We have developed Personalize.AI, an AI SaaS product released in 2020, designed for companies of all sizes to digitally transform and scale customer engagement. This platform delivers a hyper-personalized experience at scale, leading to over 25% revenue growth by leveraging data from loyalty rewards programs, customer interactions, and campaigns.

This role involves seeking sales talent with diverse backgrounds and a proven track record of selling into Enterprise organizations. The successful candidate will build, hunt, and create viable clients through various verticals, resulting in sales and revenue generation for a groundbreaking new venture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, close, and grow partnerships with customers.
  • Communicate differentiators and outcomes to clients.
  • Motivate customers to engage in discussions.
  • Leverage creative ideas and multi-channel selling tools.
  • Manage customer relationships and success.
  • Organize and lead meetings.
  • Attend industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and execute timely customer proposals.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, 9+ years of strategic sales experience in major account management.

Experience selling into Food & Beverage, Travel & Hospitality, and Fashion.

Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, Business Development Representative, or Business Development Manager.

Understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and personalization.

Ability to sell directly to executive-level stakeholders.

Capacity to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.

Self-motivation and ability to work independently with high autonomy.

Strong focus on building strategic customer relationships.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, robust skills development programs, and multiple career progression options.
