This role is within the administrative industry, where you will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient operations within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to prepare and manage documents.
• Ensure all files, both physical and digital, are organized and easily accessible.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Regularly schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
• Efficiently complete data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
• Draft correspondence as needed, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Use Adobe to manage and edit PDFs.
• Perform routine office tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
• Respond to email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
• Carry out any additional administrative duties as assigned.• Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence promptly and professionally
• Capability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
