As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring organizational efficiency by providing a range of administrative support tasks. You will be required to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, utilizing your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to keep our office running smoothly.


Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  2. Manage and maintain, both physically and electronically, an efficient filing system.
  3. Take care of purchases and restocks of office supplies and equipment.
  4. Schedule and organize meetings, events, and appointments.
  5. Assist in the preparation of timely reports and documents.
  6. Respond to inquiries from staff, clients, or the public.
  7. Utilize office software like MS Office, to create spreadsheets and presentations.
  8. Provide support to staff members concerning administrative procedures.
  9. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office.
  10. Perform other administrative duties as required, such as mailing and faxing.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  6. Excellent multitasking ability and high level of organization.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills, combined with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
