ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to generate new business, meeting revenue quotas and targets. This involves both cultivating relationships with existing clients and identifying and pursuing opportunities with new clientsUnderstand the Insurance market (i.e., P&C, Life/Annuity and Reinsurance), including trends, key players, and competitive landscape. Utilize this knowledge to formulate strategic plans for penetrating new markets and maximizing opportunities for EPAM's servicesServe as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise in technology solutions to address their unique challenges and objectives. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for innovation and growth through EPAM's servicesMonitor current and emerging trends in the Insurance industry, analyzing how these trends impact clients' business strategies and initiatives. Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansionsDevelop and implement account plans and pursuit strategies to effectively target and win new business. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to orchestrate efforts and deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirementsEnsure effective management of sales activities and opportunities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemLead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the Insurance industry.
