Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator

Our Daily Bread Ministries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful alignment of marketing projects with the ministry's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the workflow of marketing projects, including project intake and closing, data information and reporting, and global content sharing.
  • Process requests submitted to the Exploratory Meeting Request Form Dashboard and assign tasks to project managers.
  • Coordinate and assign project ticket numbers and create Google Drive folders for all projects.
  • Develop and maintain marketing plans for customers and stakeholders, process plan submissions, and create formal marketing documents.
  • Process project closing and reporting, including generating reports for the finance team and updating project management tracking.
  • Store and organize final output files in Quark and coordinate global content sharing.
  • Work with the Rights and Permissions Coordinator to provide global teams with working files for Our Daily Bread Publishing titles.
  • Organize and update the Google Drive File Transfer folder and upload print files for Our Daily Bread, Discovery Series, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure all social media fields are uploaded to Google Drive for global distribution.
  • Assist in coordinating ODB surveys with the Senior Director of Marketing Research.
  • Work with Supply Chain Management to process envelope orders and reprints, as well as orders for ancillary products and event displays.
  • Coordinate banquets, celebrations, and open houses with the Executive and Service Partners teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least two years of professional experience in operations or traffic coordination.
  • Excellent diplomatic oral and written communication skills, including negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and balance multiple marketing efforts and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of biblical principles and a commitment to spiritual growth and development.
