We are seeking a Business Manager for our Commercial Vehicle Group. This role ensures that the company's efforts align with the strategic goals of the CVG, Truck, and Fleet departments.
The primary focus is maintaining and growing existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The Business Manager coordinates sales efforts to secure and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, dealer groups, and large repair facilities within the commercial vehicle market.
Primary Responsibilities:
Corporate Opportunities and Account Management
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, fleets, and other commercial vehicle organizations to secure profitable contracts.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate accounts, meeting their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Training and Development
- Develop and administer product training for new and existing customers as well as sales and support staff.
Marketing and Industry Expertise; Product Promotions & Development
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including attending industry events and trade shows.
- Lead product promotion initiatives in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing Communications.
- Identify and champion new product developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate sales channel focus and communication, providing high-level support for Corporate Sales Accounts (MSOs, mid-level, and large accounts).
- Expand revenue base and products into new markets while meeting revenue targets.
Reporting and Analysis
- Report activities and present opportunities based on key account trends and industry directions.
