Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy calendar, including the arrangement of meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Organize logistics for domestic and international travel itineraries, updated in real-time.

  • Assist in organizing vendor events and lunch-and-learn sessions.
  • Welcome external team members, visitors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with visitor processes.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of corporate events.
  • Organize all engagement activities for the office, including the holiday party, summer outings, team-building activities, and other recognition events.
  • Act as a liaison for the office, representing company-wide initiatives and related activities.
  • Ensure office and kitchen supplies are regularly inventoried, ordered, received, stocked, and distributed.
  • Maintain proper functioning of office equipment, coordinate with internal and external vendors for office and building maintenance needs.


Ideal Experience

  • College degree preferred with 4+ years of experience supporting a leadership/executive team.
  • Marketing aptitude with a keen eye for detail, spelling, and grammar.
  • Travel administration and calendar management expertise.
  • Office management experience to a large team, minimum of 100+
  • Experience planning company events and meeting coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
