The Entry-Level Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operations and helping manage their professional and personal tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior executives with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and organize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
- Coordinate personal tasks and errands for senior executives as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$800 - $1250 / week
