We are welcoming a full-time practice manager to join our thriving medical practice. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of healthcare compliance regulations.


The Practice Manager oversees all financial, marketing, human resource, billing, facilities, and administrative activities or services. Acting as a liaison between physicians, patients, clinic staff and vendors, the Practice Manager will be responsible for hiring, developing and the ultimate performance of clinic staff. Responsibilities also include cost containment and control of office and medical supplies and/or equipment maintenance and/or procurement.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare office management experience, to include direct personnel management.
  • BA in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in healthcare claim life cycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with physicians, support staff, advanced practice providers, patients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate EMR/EHR systems, QuickBooks (online/desktop), G-Suite, and Excel.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage a busy office environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle stress with professionalism and compassion.
