Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Weekend work is required every other week
- $7,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time candidates
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Shift Differential Pay (at select locations)
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) available after 30 days of employment; earn additional PTO as you work (full-time only)
- Earn PTO for each quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)
- 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees
- Up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs

- Highly motivated and capable of assisting in all nursing duties
- Deliver services that surpass company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and manage individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document residents' conditions and nursing requirements
- Accurately and promptly execute physicians' orders
- Delegate nursing care to team members based on residents' needs and staff qualifications
- Administer medications
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Ensure economical use of supplies and maintain equipment in a safe manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri required
- Valid CPR certification
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Effective communication skills with residents, their families, and all organizational levels
- Ability to respond decisively and swiftly in emergency situations
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
