- Meticulous record-keeping: Ensure thorough documentation in Procore, which includes daily logs, inspection reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Clear communication: Act as the reliable point of contact among project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Blueprint proficiency: Have a deep understanding of all construction documents.
- Strategic planning and implementation: Collaborate on project strategies, foresee potential challenges, and devise solutions proactively.
- Effective leadership: Direct your team, uphold safety standards, and cultivate a culture of productivity.
- Proactive issue resolution: Identify and mitigate potential challenges before they escalate.
- Subcontractor oversight: Ensure subcontractors meet our high standards.
- Material oversight: Manage all aspects of procurement, delivery, storage, and quality control on-site.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of demonstrated experience in managing multifamily construction projects.
- Familiarity with Procore is highly preferred.
