Trainer Injector – Aesthetic Specialist NP or PA

* Train and mentor injectors on the proper techniques and best practices for administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments.
* Develop and implement training programs that cover a range of aesthetic procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across all services.
* Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and evaluations to assess injector proficiency and provide feedback for improvement.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in injectable treatments and incorporate new techniques into training programs.
* Collaborate with management to ensure that all training aligns with company standards, protocols, and goals.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to injectors, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert advice.
* Ensure all injectors maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client treatments.
* Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new injectors, assessing their skills and fit for the team.
*Requirements:*
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as an aesthetic injector, with extensive knowledge of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments.
* Current NC state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
* Proven experience in training, mentoring, or teaching within the aesthetics industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain techniques and provide constructive feedback.
* Passion for aesthetic medicine and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
* Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
* Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an aesthetic or medical spa setting.
* Certification in advanced injectable techniques and procedures.
* Experience with a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser therapies, thread lifts, and platelet-rich plasma therapy.
