Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our Aesthetics Services team in Durham, NC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect care to patients, ensuring a safe and efficient surgical experience.
Responsibilities- Pull and prepare all necessary equipment and supplies for surgeries, adhering to surgeon-specific requirements.
- Set up and maintain a sterile surgical field, ensuring asepsis at all times.
- Clean and sterilize instruments after surgery, and prepare the OR for the next procedure.
- Assist with patient preparation, including cleaning and stocking exam rooms.
- Alert team members to low supply stock levels.
- Perform other duties as required, including taking calls and rotating shifts under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or successful completion of the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) certification exam.
- Level I: Entry-level position for new graduates or Surgical Technologists with 0-18 months of experience.
- Level II: Requires 6-12 months of full-time equivalent Surgical Technology or relevant military experience.
This part-time position requires 8-10 hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, starting at 6:30am. Less than 20 hours per week.
