Job Title: Technical Support Associate

Location: Onsite - Chattanooga, TN

Duration: 06 Months

Pay rate: $20-25/hr


Technical Support Associate Analyst

Location: 100% Onsite in Chattanooga, TN

Schedule: 8am - 5pm EST

Education: High School Diploma/GED required

Certifications: A+ certification (Preferred) or equivalent experience

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate Analyst to join the Deskside Support Services (DSS) team. You’ll provide comprehensive technical support to colleagues across the U.S., both onsite and remote, ensuring timely issue resolution and delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair workstations, peripherals, and related software (e.g., Windows OS, Office 365, VPN).
  • Network Support: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and IP telephony.
  • Mobile Device Support: Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS/Android).
  • Incident Management: Manage ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), escalate issues when necessary, and track hardware inventory.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Perform system updates, implement security patches, and recommend system modifications to prevent future issues.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in IT support or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Knowledge of audio/visual equipment and remote access technologies (VPN, VDI)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on customer service and end-user support
  • A+ certification or relevant technical certification preferred
