Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant for a hybrid position with the Cincinnati, Ohio office of a national full service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in the firm's Litigation group with all phases of the litigation process. The working hours of this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Duties include, but aren't limited to:

  • Preparing, editing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence;
  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other vendors;
  • Assisting with trial including preparing binders;
  • Maintaining pleadings indexes;
  • Maintaining and entering attorney billable time;
  • Preparing and processing expense reports and reimbursements;
  • Coordinating attorney travel;
  • And more

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting;
  • Proficiency with MS Office;
  • Experience with iManage is preferred but not required.
