The Role You Will Play:

  • Document Management : Creates and edits various legal documents, transcribes dictation, and handles copying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Scheduling and Travel : Maintains calendars, schedules meetings and appointments, and arranges travel as needed.
  • Client Relations : Participates in cultivating client relationships, aiding in meeting preparation, and maintaining client information.
  • File Management : Familiar with filing procedures, processes paperwork for new client files, and maintains and organizes current files.
  • Administrative Tasks : Enters time for timekeepers, prepares transmittal letters for billing, and expense reports.
  • Team Support : Assists other legal administrative assistants and performs additional duties to support team efforts and client service.

Background Profile:

  • Three + years of experience in a related positionl
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and docketing software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and accurately; professional appearance and demeanor
