Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee the development of Recruitment and Talent prototypes in tenants, managing their migration to Production.
  • Lead design decisions, ensuring alignment with other areas of the Workday HCM system.
  • Supervise and conduct system testing.
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to ensure proper configuration.
  • Understand unique business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Escalate risks appropriately.

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Recruitment and Talent Modules.
  • HCM systems experience with the technical aptitude to configure the product to meet business requirements.
  • Experience with Workday implementations for multi-union organizations is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in configuring and supporting HCM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex configurations.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with business subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience

- Plan and oversee the development of Recruitment and Talent prototypes in Workday, and manage their migration to Production.
