Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct safety inspections on all cranes and tools at the beginning of each shift and document findings as required.
- Perform ongoing safety checks throughout the workday.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, work plans, and fabrication layouts in collaboration with fellow assemblers, operations, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
- Order necessary materials, inspect incoming shipments, and utilize resources efficiently.
- Execute various welding techniques including TIG, MIG, Flux core, sub arc, spot, and seam welding in accordance with company standards.
- Carry out hand grinding and polishing to achieve specified finishes.
- Continuously monitor the quality of your work, consulting with the Plant Superintendent and/or Quality Control for guidance when needed.
- Complete necessary documentation for all projects.
- Prepare finished products for customer shipment.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and forklifts as required, successfully completing any related training and safety programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
