Position: Training Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054

Duration: 5 Months Contract (until Jan 31, 2025)


Work Location:

o Hybrid – 2-3 days in office at Santa Clara, CA

o Video/Audio capability will be required on remote working days

Work Schedule:

o Full Time – Monday-Friday

o Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager

Description:

worldwide seller community. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Join our dynamic team and contribute your passion and expertise to our Sales Enablement initiatives as an Onboarding Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized, proactive individual with a strong background in training coordination and program management. This person should be adept at multitasking, handling logistics, managing registrations and data, and leveraging data to make informed decisions. A successful candidate is a strong collaborator, highly responsive, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and able to adapt quickly to feedback and changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

o Organize and schedule training sessions, manage participant attendance, and oversee the preparation and distribution of training materials.

o Continuously improve training content across various platforms, ensuring the effective lifecycle management of training resources.

o Handle the registration and communication processes for new hires.

o Monitor the progress and completion of onboarding activities, maintaining accurate metrics.

o Promptly incorporate feedback from new hires to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of course content.

o Coordinate logistics for an exceptional onboarding experience, including arranging meeting spaces and setting up audio-visual and facilities needs.

o Develop and implement strategies to improve program management efficiency and effectiveness.

o Work closely with subject matter experts to continuously refine and update program content.

o Ensure compliance with program standards and actively participate in governance and process optimizations.

o Analyze training data and conduct content audits to inform and guide strategic decisions, in partnership with program stakeholders.

o Maintain the uniformity and integrity of our brand’s communication and visual standards within all training programs.

Education:

o Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Enablement.


Experience:

o Minimum of 5 years' experience in a training coordination, event logistics, or event management role.

o Strong organizational skills and experience in event planning.

o Excellent ability to work collaboratively across various teams to achieve business goals.

o Excellent time management abilities.

o Demonstrated experience in program management, with a proven track record of success.

o Proficiency in managing large data sets.

o Familiarity with Sales Enablement and Learning Management Systems like Intellum and Seismic.

Preferred Skills:

o Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.

o Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office specifically Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to provide outstanding customer service.

o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
